If you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection for $1.98 there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit your request through our Returns Center.
If you choose not to purchase the protection you will still return through our Returns Center and purchase a shipping label with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
Returns can NOT be made outside of the 30-day period.
A few quick things:
Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging.
Samples and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged.
